Microleaf

Unique to Gregg's Veg, this new concept provides a fantastic way to deliver a real punch of flavour.  We harvest the herb when the shoot, or microleaf, are less than a pencil-lead thick and have only four leaves.  At this age the shoots have an intense flavour and hence transform salads and garnishes from just looking good to tasting fantastic.  Our micro-leaves are supplied loose cut.
