1. Broccoli and Cauliflower gratin

    I have a real fondness for this dish, It's the combination of Cheddar, yoghurt, and mustard as a topping that I find irresistable.

    Serves 4
    250g Cauliflower
    250g calabrese broccoli
    150g Greek yoghurt
    80 g Cheddar 
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper
    25g butter
    2 tbsp fresh breadcrubs

    Cut the califlower and broccoli into florets of an equal size . Bring a large pan of salted water ro boil. Add the vegetable and boil, lid off, for 3 minutes. Drain and place in a heatproof dish.

    Mix together the yougurt, Cheddar and mustard, season and smooth over the veg. Dot with bits of butter, then scatter with fresh breadcrumbs.

    Grill under a medium heat until golden brown
